Information to help verify your identity and authenticate your access to your information, products and services, including a password, secret question and secret answer.

Turning Point Financial Counseling may collect Nonpublic Personal Information about you from the following sources:

Your enrollment applications, or similar forms;
Customer service phone calls and other inquiries from you;
Your creditors, such as creditors for enrolled credit cards in the DMP program;
Individuals and entities that you grant Turning Point Financial Counseling permission to contact on your behalf;
Consumer reporting agencies;
From our affiliates, transactions, and others; and
Other sources, as allowed by law.

How We May Use and Disclose Your Nonpublic Personal Information

Turning Point Financial Counseling treats your Nonpublic Personal Information as confidential. Turning Point Financial Counseling does not sell or rent your Nonpublic Personal Information. Turning Point Financial Counseling does not use or share your Nonpublic Personal Information in a manner that differs from what is described in this Privacy Policy without your prior consent. We may use and disclose your Nonpublic Personal Information for the following purposes, including limited disclosures to our affiliates, to non-affiliated third party service providers performing services on our behalf, and to certain other non-affiliated entities as described below:
